The following conditions apply to all contracts, deliveries and services between Sport Produktion and its customers. Any deviating terms and conditions of the customer are expressly rejected. All deviations require express written confirmation to be effective.

Ordering process:

All offers on the web are non-binding and subject to change. The presentation of the goods on offer does not constitute an offer to conclude a purchase contract. The purchase contract between Sport Produktion and the buyer is concluded as follows:

By placing an order, the buyer makes an offer to conclude a purchase contract, which corresponds to the buyer's contractual declaration.

Sport Produktion confirms receipt of this offer by sending an acknowledgement of receipt. We then check the availability of the ordered goods. The buyer is then informed by a separate email whether and to what extent his order has been accepted. The purchase contract is concluded by this acceptance of the order. If the buyer does not receive an order acceptance, the purchase contract is concluded by us sending the ordered goods.

Contractual conditions:

You will receive the complete contractual terms and conditions of your purchase from us in the confirmation email. We recommend that you save these contractual terms and conditions, as you will no longer be able to access them from our website once you have completed your order.

Contract language:

According to § 3 No. 4 BGB-Info we inform you that you can conclude the purchase contract in German.

Delivery:

Our deliveries are sent to you by Deutsche Post, GLS, and in exceptional cases by other parcel services.

You order your goods and receive an order confirmation from us indicating which products may be available for subsequent delivery.

With this order confirmation you will receive the invoice amount and the account details for your transfer. Alternatively, you can also use PayPal.

Please note that during holidays such as Easter and Christmas and during holiday periods, delivery times may be longer, so please order in good time.

In order for a delivery to take place, the customer must ensure that the address is correct. We generally do not ship to parcel shop addresses.

If the buyer is not a consumer within the meaning of Section 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB), the goods will be shipped at the buyer’s risk.

For specially manufactured products, we will inform you of the exact delivery period. In principle, this applies as long as stocks last, even for partial and subsequent deliveries.

Delivery times:

If the item is available for delivery, the delivery period after receipt of payment is between 1 and 3 working days, not including Sundays and public holidays. If an item is backordered, you will be informed immediately.

Payment terms:

Prepayment - You pay the entire invoice amount, after receipt of payment the goods will be sent to the address you provided.

Subsequent delivery:

If products are not in stock, you will be notified immediately. We will cover the costs of subsequent deliveries.

Order amount Order value:

There is no minimum order value and no surcharge for small quantities.

Complaint:

The goods we send are checked for correctness of the contents. If the delivered products show transport damage, material defects or manufacturing defects, please complain immediately, at the latest within 3 working days of receiving the goods, so that we can clarify the matter and resolve it as quickly as possible to your satisfaction.

Prices:

The prices stated on the web are net prices (end consumer). The prices are valid until changes are made due to economic reasons and requirements.

Delivery to commercial resellers and bulk buyers is possible, but requires a separate agreement regarding pricing.

No VAT is shown due to the application of the small business regulation according to Section 19 UStG

Shipping costs for orders in mainland Germany over 100,--€: are included

The shipping costs for German islands and other countries are adjusted depending on the size of the package, always the best possible cost/quality/quantity for you. If oversized items need to be shipped by freight forwarder, we will let you know. Collection from the shop is possible at any time. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs. We will have incorrectly delivered products collected from you so that you do not incur any postage costs.

Shipping to neighboring countries - Austria, Italy, France, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Belgium, Ireland, Slovenia, Czech Republic,:

We only process this upon request before ordering in order to inform you of the exact shipping details and delivery times. As in Germany, the adjusted shipping fee or the necessary international surcharge to the respective European countries applies here.

No shipping to Switzerland.

Return policy:

Consumers have a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions:

The goods will only be dispatched after receipt of payment. The goods from your order will remain in dispatch for 14 working days after order confirmation. If payment is not received by then, Sport Produktion will declare that the purchase contract is being cancelled and will charge you a processing fee of €10.00. This must be paid immediately, unless the order was cancelled on time.

Missing information when ordering custom-made products:

If any information is missing or unclear from your order, we will endeavor to contact you personally by phone or email to clarify the matter.

Deviations in color and further developments of different variants do not entitle you to complain.

Limitation of liability:

We are only liable for damages that are based on a grossly negligent breach of duty by us or on an intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty by one of our legal representatives or vicarious agents.
